We financed the property in June with the proceeds from my wife's dad life insurance after his death, he was a (child molester), she had been estranged from him due to his tendencies...but the money from his estate spends the same as any so it made a good down payment on the farm..

we got remarried when we moved onto the property ...i went blind in one eye on the same day...
